Finality of Sales:

- All purchases are final.

- We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

- This includes items purchased as part of fundraisers; such items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded by any means.

Delivery and Collection Timelines:

- Please expect delivery of orders within 10-14 business days.

- Orders may be collected from the studio 5-10 business days following purchase.

- Operations such as order fulfillment will be paused during studio closures, which are not counted as business days.

Custom Orders:

- Modifications to custom orders are permitted within 48 hours following the initial purchase.

- Returns or exchanges of custom orders are strictly prohibited.

- Accuracy of custom order details, such as spelling of names, is the sole responsibility of the buyer at the time of purchase.

Inventory and Supply Delays: 

- In the event an item is out of stock or back ordered, an additional 10 business days may be required for order fulfillment.

Liability for Shipping:

- The studio is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during shipping.
