About The Owners

Meet Jahna Crump and Danielle Williamson, the passionate owners of Precisión Dance Studio. This studio has been a lifelong dream for both, rooted in their shared love for dance and commitment to fostering talent. With well over 20 years of combined experience, Jahna and Danielle ensure every dancer receives top-tier training. They are dedicated to each dancer's growth, cultivating a vibrant community where individuals flourish as dancers and people, embodying excellence, creativity, and camaraderie. At Precisión Dance Studio, they integrate technique with personal development, academic achievement, and mental well-being, creating a supportive environment where every dancer feels valued and inspired.

Danielle Williamson

Danielle Williamson has over 20 years of experience in choreography and teaching competitive and non competitive

groups of all ages. Beginning her journey into the competitive world at the age of 3 years old, she has danced with

Dance Makers Inc., and C & C Dance Studio up until attending college at Towson University, winning countless

awards and receiving a multitude of achievements.

Continuing her Journey at the age of 28, Danielle has inspired and captivated many artists. She has performed in numerous shows, such as The Marvin Gaye Experience, produced and choreographed by Vincent Thomas, as well as Testimonies, produced by Linda Denise Fisher-Harrell. Her accomplishments however come from her work in the entertainment industry. She has won two nationally ranked championships with the Towson University's Dance Team. While attending Towson University, Danielle received both her BFA in Performing Arts and her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology.

       Alongside her performing, with her BFA in Dance Performance, she has choreographed for many high school and collegiate dance teams across the country, as well as produced a performance piece for a nationally known competition company Inferno Dance. Her artistic works have been shown as ticketed and non-ticketed events, and has received

many positive remarks. Her goal is to inspire and train young passionate artists in all styles of dance, and provide them

the lifelong skills needed such as discipline, team work, and dedication.

      Today Danielle continues to train young dancers as the Head Coach of the Dance Team at Bishop McNamara High

School. She continues her long standing position of Competition Director for both Dance Team Union, and Inferno Dance competition companies, creating positive and creative environments for kids nationwide. She works alongside her staff and co-owner to ensure dancers are reaching their full potential mentally, physically, and artistically through the power of dance and movement. She holds a full time position at Infors USA as a Inside Sales Manager for the Bio Engineering Market, working to produce medical equipment to shape and change the future. She is also diligently working towards earning her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to advance her career.

Jahna Crump

Jahna Crump is an experienced and innovative dance teacher and choreographer with a passion for

crafting captivating performances across various styles. Her journey in dance began at the age of 4, where

she found joy in movement and expression. While attending Bishop McNamara High School on a tap

scholarship, she was part of the Honors Dance program and was inducted into the National Dance Honors

Society. Her professional dance career took off as a member of Dance Dimensions in Forestville MD in

2010, where she had the opportunity to attend master classes by industry-renowned dancers and receive

training in multiple styles from top instructors in the DC Metro area.

Throughout her dance journey, Jahna expanded her horizons by attending various studios such as Dance

Makers Inc., ZD Dance Academy, Marcellus Dance Studio, and Dance Expressions Inc., participating in

competitions, receiving numerous accolades, and training under professionals with diverse perspectives.

In 2017, she began teaching recreational dance classes and choreographing dances around the

Maryland/DC area, igniting her passion for sharing her love of dance with others.

After graduating from Dance Expressions Inc. in 2019, Jahna continued her dance journey at St. John's

University, where she explored the style of majorette as the team captain before transferring to the

University of Maryland and joining the Star Strutters. Concurrently, she served as a competition coach in

Silver Spring MD, where she trained dancers in various styles, choreographed award-winning routines, and

positively impacted the lives of many young dancers.

Today, Jahna's dedication to dance and teaching shines through as she co-owns Precisión Dance Studio, where she hopes to continue to inspire and empower dancers to reach their full potential, both on and off the stage. Balancing her academic pursuits, Jahna holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence alongside her dance career. She also serves as a federal employee in a full-time role as a Program Support Assistant at AmeriCorps while also being a JD Candidate at UDC David A. Clarke School of Law. Her ability to manage multiple responsibilities highlights her capacity to excel in both professional and creative endeavors.
